WHCHC celebrated the Grand Opening of Hayworth House with the West Hollywood City Council and many funders and dignitaries on August 11, 2012. Hayworth House is a major green renovation of a 1950s apartment building in the heart of West Hollywood. The project contains 47 affordable residential units and one manager's unit. There are 2 studios, 5 two-bedrooms and 40 one bedrooms for older adults age 55 and older.
