The Courtyard at La Brea construction is 80% complete, and scheduled for occupancy at the end of 2013. The Courtyard will serve a mixed population of people with very low and low incomes, including those with special needs and formerly homeless youth, in 31 studio and one-bedroom units plus a manager’s unit. The courtyard is a sustainably-designed community and will be Green-Point rated, and include solar-powered hot water and electricity as part of its sustainable features.
